El antiguo paisaje arquitectónico de Grafenegg fue mejorado en 2007 mediante la adición de un escenario al aire libre. el edificio llamado Wolkenturm fue diseñado por los arquitectos Marie-Therese Hamoncourt J. y Ernst Fuchs (una firma vienesa conocida como next-ENTERprise).
El Wolkenturm es una escultura de 50 metros de altura, nivelado con las cimas de los árboles más altos, y ofrece una vista inesperada en una serie de perspectivas diferentes. Las ventanas inclinadas, no alineadas llenan el escenario con luz y dan la impresión de ligereza natural. El auditorio tiene espacio para 1730 asistentes y una sorprendente vista del histórico castillo de Grafenegg.
La forma de Concha de escenario al aire libre, goza de excelente acústica, gracias a la gestión de la empresa de Munich Müller-BBM.

Slanting, unaligned windows fill the arena with light and give an impression of natural airiness. The auditorium have space for 1730 concertgoers, and an astonishing view of the historic Grafenegg castle.
